Royalmont Academy Safety Enhancements: New Visitor Management System

This spring, we are launching a new visitor management system: Raptor Safe. This upgrade will make visitor check-ins faster, safer, and more efficient.

Visitors will check in at a kiosk in the front office, allowing us to better track who is on campus at any time. Parents who visit often can download the Raptor Safe App for even quicker check-ins using a secure QR code.

The Raptor Safe App is free for both iOS and Android devices. It offers an easy setup process, including ID verification and an option for biometric sign-in.

Exciting News: State of Ohio Security Grant

We are proud to announce that Royalmont Academy has received a $100,000 State of Ohio Security Grant. Thanks to this support, we will soon make several key safety upgrades:

• Two-Way Communication Devices: Every faculty member will carry a two-way radio for instant communication across campus.

• Upgraded Keycard Entry System: Our entry system will be replaced with a faster, more secure model.

• Expanded Video Camera Coverage: We will more than double our campus camera system to better monitor all areas.

• Enhanced Intruder Alert System: New features will strengthen our emergency alert capabilities for even quicker response times.

These improvements are designed to add strong layers of protection without disrupting the warm, welcoming atmosphere our families value.
