Discover the vibrant life at Royalmont Academy by visiting our campus. Schedule a tour to see our facilities, meet our dedicated staff, and experience the warmth of our school community. Shadow Days provide prospective students with a firsthand experience of a day at Royalmont, as the attend classes and interact with future peers and teachers.

Complete an Application
Begin your journey by completing our online application. We consider each application carefully, looking for students who will thrive in our faith-filled, academically challenging environment. Required documents include report cards, standardized test scores, and baptismal certificates (if applicable). A non-refundable application fee of $50 per child is required.

Academic and Record Review
Our admissions team reviews each application thoroughly. For grades 1-8, we may request transcripts and conduct an entrance evaluation to assess academic skills and determine the best placement for each student. High School freshman will complete the High School Placement Test (HSPT) during their 8th grade year for High School enrollment consideration. High school applicants must also complete standardized tests and submit essays for scholarship consideration. A thorough review of records will be completed for all transfer students.

Family Meeting and School Visit
Our admissions process includes a personal meeting with the administrative team, family and prospective student. This meeting is an opportunity to discuss tuition, financial assistance, and state scholarship opportunities. This is a chance for families to ask questions and understand our school community better.

Notification of Acceptance
Once all steps are completed, families will receive notification of the student’s acceptance status via email. This notification marks the beginning of a new educational journey at Royalmont Academy.

Enrollment and Deposit
To secure a spot at Royalmont Academy, a non-refundable registration fee of $300 per family is required upon acceptance to secure a seat for your child(ren).
