To help you stay ahead, we’ve rounded up the most important dates for your calendar—from orientations and first-day logistics to our Homecoming 5K and the unforgettable 30th Anniversary Gala.

📅 Major Events to Celebrate | Don’t Miss These Signature Moments

Royalmont’s 30th anniversary brings with it new traditions and long-standing favorites. Mark these dates now!

• September 27 – Homecoming + Inaugural 5K
  We’re kicking off the fall with a brand-new Cristero 5K followed by our school-wide Homecoming celebration. Food trucks, fun, and fellowship await!

• October 18 – Royalmont Banquet
  Our largest fundraiser of the fall – and just wait to hear about our exciting twist! Support our mission while enjoying an evening of laughter, stories, and community spirit.

• March 14 – 30th Anniversary Gala
  Celebrate three decades of forming Christian leaders at our spring gala. Expect moving testimonies, joyful celebration, and a vision for Royalmont’s next 30 years.

🗓️ Back-to-School Essentials | Start the Year Smoothly

Preparation is key—and we’re here to help you stay ahead. These events will help you and your child transition confidently into the new school year.

• Parent Work Nights:
  July 29–31 (Tuesday–Thursday), 6:30–8:30 p.m.
  Come help us prepare the campus while connecting with fellow parents.

• New Parent Orientation:
  Wednesday, August 6 at 6:00 p.m.
  Learn about our mission, routines, and what makes Royalmont unique.

• Preschool Parent Meeting:
  Wednesday, August 6 at 7:00 p.m.
  Preschool parents—this is your time to ask questions, meet staff, and get excited for a great year.

• Makeup Orientation for New Parents:
  Monday, August 11 at 6:00 p.m.
  Couldn’t make the first one? No worries—this session will cover the same important information.

• Freshman Orientation:
  Tuesday, August 12 from 10:00 a.m. to Noon
  A special welcome for our newest high school Cristeros to meet teachers and get comfortable before day one.

• First Day of School:
  Wednesday, August 13
  Let’s begin this year full of joy, purpose, and mission.

🎒 Take Advantage: Ohio Tax-Free Weekend for School Supplies

Ohio families can shop tax-free on eligible school items from August 1–3, 2025. That includes clothing, school supplies, and instructional materials. It’s the perfect time to check off your list and save!
