High School Admissions Timeline
Our admissions timeline is structured to provide a smooth transition for upcoming high school students joining our community:
Fall 2024:
Accepting applications for Class of 2030. Applications and essays for scholarships due by December 1st, with rolling admissions after this date.
September 1, 2025 – Jauary 15, 2025:
Schedule a Shadow Day to experience a day at Royalmont. Use the link to choose a date! Tours are offered every Thursday by appointment, contact [email protected].
Thursday, November 13, 2025:
Open House from 5:00-7:30 pm.
Saturday, November 22, 2025
High School Placement Test (HSPT) from 8:15 am – noon.
Friday, December 15, 2025:
Scholarship Applications Due.
Wednesday, January 16, 2026:
Admission letters and results of placement tests mailed.
January 29, 2026:
Open House, 5:00 – 7:30 pm.
January 31 – February 5, 2026:
Class of 2030 Registration Deadline.
April 2026 (Date TBD):
Class of 2030 Course Selection Night.
FACTS Tuition Assistance Applications Due December 15th.
Applications for grades 9-12 accepted on a rolling admission basis.
Please note that class size may influence admission. Our established class size is 22 students per grade level. In case of full classes, priority is given based on various criteria, including siblings enrolled at Royalmont, students attending a Catholic elementary or high school, and children of alumni or active members of a Catholic parish.
